Wondering whats up with the pic? well its abt how red meat, dark chocolate and good sex keeps ur brain healthy...:D Yeah there's this book Teach yourself training your brain by Terry Hope where this same funda has been discussed and researched in detail...Scientifically talking meat contains good amt of proteins which is always healthy for the body if burnt properly...dark chocolates hv loads of magnesium and antioxidants which increases the flow of oxygen in the brain and keeps it nice and alert always and sex raises the level of oxytocin which increases the person's readiness to think of novel and solutions to risky problems and not to forget it also burns the protein from the meat and carbohydrates of the dark chocolate and strengthens ur body physically as well in the process...:). Bloodyhell m glad to hv followed it so far, now m assured that my brains must hv got pretty healthy by now...:P
There's one more concept called BLISS which is worth trying...Body based pleasure, Laughter, Involvement, Sex and Satisfaction...:)
So there u go, hv loads of meat, eat dark chocolates, have good sex regularly and keep ur body and mind strong always....:)

Just thru reading a post by the prettygirl, read something in the comment section which prompts me to write here immed and that is that i m amazed by the way ppl innocently make comments without looking inside their own self..I mean how convenient it is keep shitting at ppl for years and simultaneously throw wise comments out of which they might hardly abide to a single one...How convenient it is to bash someone's country, their ppl, culture and give it a label of debate without realising where do they actually come from and then i m not at all amazed to see a bunch of ppl blabber and bloat on such things just for the heck of recognising their sorry identities...What i challenge is to such ppl is that stick to atleast a single gyaan u puke at blogs, i know its a big ask! but show me for once that u guys r for real...bloodyhell!
My head's already quite heavy after a nerve wrekking trip to Istanbul for a couple of days...The other day when i was in the hotel there was trying to check out on Indian channels and found Times Now and there was this big debate going on regarding the arrest of Dr.Horror and the way delhi police helped him to flee out of India when the kidney racket was unfolded. It was pity to see that stupid trained police basher Madhu Kishwar shitting at one of the best cop we had in India Maxwell Pareirra. As the debate went on i literally started laughing when she started shitting on the salaries of the cops and making it one of the imp reason for them to take bribes, it went even more hilarious when the Times Now editor and others started talking of norms and social responsibilities....Pah! Did they said norms, reforms??? how many of them and others know abt the reforms and judgements been given by the Apex court of the country and none of which hv made it thru thanks to the super manipulation by the politicians and beaurocrats? And what comprises of the beaurocrats and politions, the ppl themselves.... and when they hv the odacity to ignore and manipulate the supreme court's orders just for their own conveniences how dare they question on corruption? Infact i hear a lot of ppl even the ppl on the streets talking on corruption but the comic is that all of them r the part of it and responsible in some way or the other to help flourish the business of corruption. I mean its as simple as that when the year ends they all look out for fake investments to avoid taxes, what is that? Anyway coming back on the corruption within the Men in uniform...When these same ppl appear and get selected for trainings they pay heavily for selected postings , why? and when they do so the moment they assume their duties they start minting money by all ways to evade that debt which they took to get selected...Bloodyhell its a vicious circle but what i wanna say is that instead of bullshitting why dont these same ppl show some character right from the start, i mean life's not that bad at all if u r not a part of it, atleast i can say that proudly.
