After delhi's chaotic traffic for a fortnight, singapore has been a very pleasant change

They'd promised their families they'd come back soon. They more than kept their word. Went as mere men. Came back as heroes. In coffins.

Wondering why i put up such a post, well right now my blood is boiling after having seen a survey report done on the ratio of the youngsters who are desserting the force in the name of better prospects. Bloodyhell! I ask those buggers, did the army came at their doorsteps to offer them the jobs or they themselves chose it? It was so ridiculous to read the reasons which they came up....as if the country forced them into army...As of now the army has courtmartialed only a couple of such officers in the last 9 years or so, i say every bugger who leaves under such pretext shud be severely dealt with...coz the amount of money spent in making those boys into men is quite hefty and the time and energy spent by the trainers is even more precious...

Lot of ppl criticize me for my My country's best no matter what attitude, but i tell u i only believe in a simple theory and that is, if i hv chosen to serve my country i'll do it with the best of my capabilities and honesty and only think of the best and not anything else coz i was not forced to work here, i chose it in complete sanity. As far as the public's point of view on the enforcement agencies is concerned well being a part of it for 9 years now i can say that its upto u to preserve ur heart and soul irrespective of the conditions and circumstances. The first thing we learn in our training in any of the agencies are and which i guess most of the senior and junior officers hv completely put in the dustbins :-

The safety, honor and welfare of your country come first always and everytime.

The honor, welfare and comfort of the men you command come next.

Your own ease, comfort and safety come last, always and everytime.


Anyway, to hell with such weaklings like they say its better to hv a strong enemy rather than a weak friend.

Well the last movie I saw in a theatre was Raaz in 2002, I shudnt be saying seen that movie, half of the time I was fast asleep except for the moments when Malini Sharma wud appear on screen….sigh, Also I don’t go to the theatres much…

In my profession I read so many papers and documents most of the time that I get fits if I m asked or offered to read any book or something…

Chess always keeps my brains healthy and alert.

Subway, I love the grub and also the atmosphere at the joint which is nearby my place.

If it’s a daughter then Komal, I love that name…if it’s a boy I’ll not meddle much choosing the name.

Aaaah it was the good old Maruti 1000 back in the mid 90s, then the company stopped making that car and went on with other models.

Rum with coconut water or apple juice.

I’ll use that time spending with my love coz we sacrifice a lot coz of my freaking job obligations.

I just don’t like it only.

Black ofcourse, any other color doesn’t suits me.
